I've never personally hated anyone so much that I would yell at children. I guess they don't mind turning into monsters, so long as you "don't question [their] patriotism."

Instead I strongly question their good sense. I doubt any of the children involved had anything to do with the President's visit. I seriously doubt that the school principle had anything to do with the visit. I think it's more likely that the plans started with a call from the President's office to the state governor and other calls to the superintendents of Republican-leaning school districts.
