"Evil rarely innovates." That's an interesting statement, and after a few minutes I can't think of a counterexample.

Of course, if Kerry were President, some evil would be allowed to run unchecked. Clinton's belief that the US ought to intervene in, say, Bosnia, Sierra Leon, Rwanda, or (post-presidency) Darfur, Indonesia, or Liberia to stop the suffering doesn't appear to be popular with the rest of the nation.
